For many of us, Christmas is a time for families and friends to gather and celebrate together.  As caregivers, we dedicate ourselves to those we care for, and oftentimes, we forget to take time for ourselves. Christmas serves as a time for reflection on this past year's highs and lows. Connect that reflection to making resolutions for the new year and feeling a sense of renewal and hope for what's to come. Take time to sit back and relax with friends, colleagues & most importantly, spend quality time with your loved ones.
